Pipette Calibration

All calibrations include full preventative maintenance. PMs consist of replacing seals and O-rings, reapplication of pipette specific grease, thorough internal and external cleaning and repair recommendations when necessary.

Accredited Services include full PM and complete data reports.

Data reports consist of data points, environmental data, inaccuracy/imprecision tolerances, pipette information, institutional information, calibration dates and PDF data reports.

Our standard test plans are set at 10% and 100% of the pipette's nominal volume. We use the industry standard ISO:8655 Inaccuracy/Imprecision Limits.

Test plans can be tailored to your specific needs, although adjustments may affect the price. 

​

Non-accredited services include a full PM and calibration verification report. The report includes pipette information, institutional information, tolerance tables and calibration dates.

Minor repairs may be done onsite. Repair management services are offered.

Balance verifications include an exterior cleaning and visual inspection, calibration sticker and a calibration verification certificate.

The calibration verification certificate includes balance specific information, institutional information, calibration dates and raw data readings at 1g, 10g, 20g, 100g and 200g. Balance repeatability is also included.

All calibration adjustments and repairs will have to be referred to the manufacturer.
